Digital Memorials
Headstone Factory Limited offers QR-code-linked online memorial solutions that connect physical memorials with digital content. By scanning a QR code on a headstone or plaque, visitors can access an associated online memorial page.
Depending on the page's features and content, these pages can provide a place to preserve photographs, biographies, family histories and personal memories. This approach extends traditional memorials beyond physical inscriptions and creates opportunities for families to document a person's life in greater detail.
Relationship with LovedForever
Headstone Factory Limited's digital memorial concept is connected to LovedForever, an online project built around the principle of A Wiki for Every Life.
LovedForever aims to provide a place for people to document lives, preserve family histories and share stories across generations. Its concept extends beyond memorial pages for people who have passed away, allowing living individuals and their families to build and develop personal life records over time.
The relationship between physical memorials and digital life records reflects a broader approach to remembrance: preserving not only a person's name and dates, but also their experiences, relationships, photographs and legacy.
For further information about the platform, visit the LovedForever official website.
